David passed away in the ICU holding the hands of his wife, Kathy and his stepdaughter Patricia. He was cremated per his wishes. He and Kathy will be buried together when she passes. David is preceded in death by his parents, Orlando and Frances, his brother, Robert, his grandparents and his cousin Carlo Callovini. We are comforted to know that Bob, Duke and Duchess will greet him in his heavenly home. In memory of David, please donate blood.
