Mrs. Wanda Hawes, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at South Lincoln Nursing Center in Kemmerer.
Wanda was born on June 25, 1935, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was a devoted Christian wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband, Duane Hawes; her five children; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Valley Evangelical Free Church in Kemmerer.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Ball Family Chapel of Kemmerer.
