The Kemmerer Lions Club will collect used eyeglasses over the next month. Lions Club eyeglass boxes will be placed at various locations around Kemmerer, Diamondville and LaBarge in which community members can place used glasses.

Once the Lions Club has collected the glasses, they will be refurbished, and the Wyoming and Colorado Lions clubs will send teams of local eye doctors to various underdeveloped and/or devastated areas where they will be fitted and used by children and adults in need of eyeglasses.
