COKEVILLE — Cokeville High School presented its Fall Concert on Wednesday, Oct. 25. The theme for the night was “Water Music.” Each selection was related to the theme. This was director Vince Burgoyne’s first performance at Cokeville High School.

Local students present annual CHS fall concert

COKEVILLE — Cokeville High School presented its Fall Concert on Wednesday, Oct. 25. The theme for the night was “Water Music.” Each selection was related to the theme. This was director Vince Burgoyne’s first performance at Cokeville High School.

The first group to take the stage was the Junior High Band with “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “Under the Sea.” They were followed by the Junior High Choir singing “Storm,” “Shenandoah” and “Candle on the Water.”

The Symphonic Band performed “Hornpipe from the Water Music,” “Smoke on the Water” and “Music from Frozen II.” The Mixed Choir followed with “Down By the Riverside” with soloists Bryli Groll and Justin Moyes, “Soft Rain,” “Seal Lullaby” and “River of Dreams” with soloists Bryli Groll and Ammon Hatch.

The final group to perform was Celebration. They presented “Caught in the Storm” with soloist Savannah Bell, “How Far I’ll Go” and “Splish Splash” choreographed by Savannah Bell and Bryli Groll. It was a great night of entertainment. Special thanks to accompanist Nanette Cook.
