Another successful craft day at the Cokeville Branch Library took place on Thursday, March 7. Those in attendance created a fun Easter decoration. Special thanks to Tracey Whitehead and Angela Thompson for providing another fun craft day. The April craft day is set for Thursday, April 18, at 3 p.m. Sign up at the library to join in the fun.

The Cokeville High School Music Department will present “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.” There will be three showings for students and community members. Performances will take place on Thursday, March 14, at 12:30 p.m.; Friday, March 15, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, March 16, at 7 p.m. Under the direction of Andra Petersen with assistants Nanette Cook and Marti Warner, this year’s production is sure to be another great success.

The Town of Cokeville will host an Easter coloring contest and egg hunt. The coloring contest runs from March 1-22. Pages are available at the post office and library. Entries will be judged on Thursday, March 28. Please return to Jody at the Town Hall. The Easter egg hunt will be at the Town Hall on Saturday, March 30, at 10 a.m. Check out flyers at the library and post office for more details.

The high school wrestlers will host a peewee wrestling tournament on Thursday, March 21. Come out and cheer on these young Panthers.

The freshmen at Cokeville High School will hold their Freshman Dinner Fundraiser on Friday, March 29, prior to the junior prom. This year’s menu includes steak and Clyda’s chicken. This is a fundraiser for their junior Washington, D.C., trip. Please plan to attend and help with this great opportunity for these Cokeville High School students. The junior prom will take place that evening at Cokeville High School.
