CHEYENNE —The Wyoming Republican Party announced that Converse County Rancher W. Frank Eathorne is now the party’s chairman.  Eathorne replaces Ryan Mulholland, who resigned the position to take employment out of state.

Eathorne was born in Douglas and raised on the family ranch near Bill, Wyoming. He attended Converse county schools and graduated from Douglas High School in 1987. He earned degrees from Casper College and Chadron State College.

Eathorne served as Precinct Committeeman in Converse County since 2002. In addition to the Precinct Committeeman responsibilities, he has also served in every office of the county party including two terms as Chairman concluding in 2012. He has served as delegate to four state conventions and co-chaired the Resolutions committee.  Frank is currently serving his third term as Converse County’s State Committeeman. In 2016, he was elected by the Wyoming Republican State Central Committee to be vice chairman, thus positioning him to succeed to the Chairmanship.

Eathorne and his wife Theresa have been married for 26 years and have 3 children: Lauren, Abigail, and son Jade.
