COKEVILLE — Mrs. Warner’s 6th grade class held its annual World Day on Wednesday, May 3, in the gym at Cokeville Elementary. Each student has spent the last several months doing research on a country of their choice and preparing a presentation for the elementary school along with family, friends and community members.
The following students reported: Jesus Bencomo: Mexico; Cameron Luthi: Jamaica; Gracie Himmerich: Guatemala; Jaxon Weske: Honduras; Jayci Thornock: Brazil; Braelyn Diers: Afghanistan; Landon Walker: Australia; Tanner Brown: Philippines; Tanner Hatch: Thailand; Sidney Benson: Greece; Kamille Moore: Bulgaria; Rylie Payne: Croatia; Bridger Myers: Italy; Ashleigh Brooks: West Germany; Cael Thompson: Portugal; Kelli Haderlie: England; Emmett Mackey: Ireland.
Each student had a display and information that they shared with those who attended. Teachers and parents said the students did a great job.
