The Kemmerer Lady Rangers girls’ swim team competed at the Laramie Invitational on Friday, Oct. 12, and Saturday, Oct. 13.
Kemmerer finished 13th out of 19 teams, which included several larger 3A and 4A schools.
The 200-yard freestyle relay team of Brooklynn Hagler, Teryn Thatcher, Alexis Krall and Addison Wilcox finished 13th with a time of 1:55.84.
In the 100-yard breaststroke, Teryn Thatcher finished 12th with a time of 1:18.50, and Brooklynn Hagler was right behind in 13th place with a time of 1:19.67.
Cheyann Roose, Sophie Failoni, Laurel Clarke and Sydnie Julander competed in the 200-yard medley relay. The team earned a time of 2:27.11
Krall finished the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:23.04. Sophie Failoni (3:11.59) and Shelby Swann (3:49.97) also competed in the 200-yard freestyle.
Teryn Thatcher finished the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 28.58. Addison Wilcox’s time in the 50-yard freestyle was 30.03.
Julander finished 11th in the diving event, and freshman Laurel Clarke finished 15th in diving
Brooklynn Hagler earned 14th place in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:01.39
Krall finished the 500-yard freestyle in 6:35.21.

Then Kemmerer competes at the ‘last chance’ meet in Lyman on Oct. 25.

• Sydnie Julander — diving
• Alexis Krall — 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle, 50-yard freestyle
• Brooklynn Hagler — 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly, 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard IM, 50-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle
• Teryn Thatcher — 100-yard breaststroke, 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle
• Laurel Clarke - diving
