Paws and Claws is gearing up for their annual “Bark in the Park” celebration on August 11 with a “Rescue Charlie” scavenger hunt. Participants can pick up a booklet at any of the participating businesses. They find the painted Paws and Claws rock inside each business and receive a sticker in their booklet. Once the children have completed their booklets, they are entered for a grand prize at Bark in the Park. The Rescue Charlie event started on July 30 and will end on August 10. Look for the yellow signs in the windows of participating businesses, including the Kemmerer Gazette. (GAZETTE PHOTO / Theresa Davis)
