KEMMERER — Rangers basketball had a traveling weekend on Jan. 31- Feb. 1. The Rangers started the weekend out by traveling on Jan. 31 to Ethete to play Wyoming Indian. With Wyoming Indian being the No. 1 seed in the conference, the Rangers had a fight on their hands. They would fall short 72-57. The Rangers became 2-1 in conference play taking the second spot behind Wyoming Indian.
On Feb. 1, the Rangers traveled to Cokeville to finish out the weekend with a non-conference game. The Rangers competed hard during that game and fell short 59-53. The Rangers will be back in action on Feb. 7 playing at Mountain View, and Feb. 11 against Big Piney at home.
The Lady Rangers traveled to Wyoming Indian on Jan. 31. The Lady Rangers played hard against a faster opponent and fell short 60-28. On Feb. 1 the Lady Rangers traveled to Cokeville for a non-conference game, losing 57-37. The lady Rangers will be back in action on Feb. 7 for an away game against Mountain View and Feb. 11 for a home game against Big Piney.
