In order to honor those who lost their lives and emergency response that was involved in rescue at 9/11, the Kemmerer Recreation Center hosted a Patriot Day Workout raffle. Participants were to log hours of working out during the first 11 days of September. Each day was turned into an entry into the raffle. Sarah Hooks was the winner of the Kemmerer Recreation Center’s grand prize, which included a rec center gift certificate.
