The Cokeville Panthers football team hosted the Evanston Red Devils junior varsity on Saturday, Oct. 13. A snowstorm didn’t slow down the Panthers, who added another win to their undefeated season with the 47–6 win.
Cokeville had its final game of the regular season on the road as they traveled to Ethete, where they played the Cougars of Wind River. The Panthers dominated and clinched their undefeated regular season with a 48–0 victory over the Cougars. Cokeville — the No. 1 seed in the West — will host the first playoff game on Friday, Oct. 26, against the Wright Panthers, who are the No. 4 seed in the East in 1A.
Kickoff time is set for 2:00 p.m., and there will be an admission charge for the game.
