Supporting senior citizens has always been important to residents of southwest Wyoming and Rich County, Utah.

NGL Connection, a wireless internet service provider, developed their “Season of Giving” promotion to raise funds for area seniors.

The company set aside $2 from every customer who paid their bill on time.

When their customers learned of the program they rushed to pay their bills and more than $3,300 was raised for six senior citizen centers to help fund their programs.

Each senior center received a check for $566.

Due to some unexpected expenses for the Kemmerer Senior Center, including the need to replace a refrigerator, the timing of the donation was especially beneficial.

“We enjoy supporting the communities who support us,” said NGL Connection co-owner, David Jones. “I want to thank all of our customers who have shown their support for seniors through our ‘Season of Giving’ program.”
