“I love people,” Ensley-Eddy said. “I love working with them and promoting good health practices.”

Ensley-Eddy loves outdoor activities which, in addition to small town life, was a draw to Kemmerer. Eddy also said she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and quilting. She also noted the location was great because it is so close to many cities, including Salt Lake City. Ensley-Eddy said she loves that the community has access to a pool, nice workout facilities and good grocery services.
The most prominent issue in health care today is accessibility, according to Ensley-Eddy. She said medical providers in the country are struggling to be available to see patients.
“It’s vitally important to be aware of what we eat and how we move our body,” Ensley-Eddy said. “We take the reins every day to stay healthy.”
