It has been a cold and blustery winter for Wyoming, with heavy snowfall. City and county crews have been hard at work helping keep roads clear and safe. In appreciation, the Rotary Club of Kemmerer delivered close to 30 homemade pies to the local county and city plow crews in February. In collaboration with the Rotary Club, local Girl Scout Troop 1698 created personalized Valentines for each pie to express their gratefulness.
