Hello out in Wyoming! Having lived longer in Kemmerer (24 years) than anywhere else in my 80 years I still think of you as my home.
Your little corner of Wyoming is a delightful, refreshing reminder of what small town life offers: neighbors who know your name, where you work and worship. Talk over the proverbial “fence,” come over for coffee if you’d like, or leave you alone if you prefer, but will rush to your help or rescue if you need it.
I miss Kemmerer and the many friends and families I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, teaching and interacting with in my 24 years in the school district. I eagerly look forward to the Gazette’s arrival — sporadic as the postal “service” delivers it.

P.S. I regularly share Bill Sniffin’s articles with my friends here, who enjoy him as much as I do.
