The Kemmerer Rangers competed in the Bridgerland Tournament in Lyman on Feb. 6. They took their A-game and won the event.
Their first dual was against Mountain View, who put up a good fight. But not good enough as Kemmerer won, 48-35.
Next Kemmerer went up against Cokeville, who had come off a win against Big Piney, 60-12. Cokeville stood no chance against the Rangers, though. Kemmerer won 48-27.
The last dual against Lyman was to determine first and second place. During the tournament, Lyman beat Thermopolis, 54-36 and Jackson, 59-24. Ultimately, Lyman was no match for Kemmerer. The Rangers won, 34-23 and took first place in the tournament.
Wrestling regionals followed by State are coming up in the next couple weeks for the Rangers. Wish them luck.
