Kelly William Galloway, age 64, passed away on Sept. 8, at home in Kemmerer, surrounded by loved ones.

Kelly was born Sept. 7, 1953, in Kalispell, Montana, as the fourth of seven children. He married his sweetheart, Linda Vance, on Nov. 18, 1972. They remained in the Flathead and raised five well-loved children.

Kelly was a self-employed logger and millwright, a fabricator and manager of Montana Timberline. He was also a landscaper, builder, handyman, woodworker, and servant of God in many various capacities.

He loved the woods, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He loved hard work and had superhuman strength inside and out.  There was always fun and mischief when he was around.

He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Kelly loved his Savior and had a strong testimony that he eagerly shared.  He loved his family and had  strong faith in eternal families. His greatest joy was playing with his 20 grandchildren.

Kelly will be dearly missed by all 20 grandchildren, his loving wife, of 44 years, Linda; and their five children: Cade (Jill) Galloway, Thomas (Suzanne) Galloway, Chip (Melissa) Galloway, LeAnn(Clay) Broadhead, Kelcy Galloway(Dirk Graham); his father, Calvin Rex Galloway; siblings Tessa (Kent) Hill, Leola (Morris) Stout, Gayle (Val) Galloway, Jerry (Geri) Galloway, Allan Galloway, and Corby Jay (Tiffany) Galloway.

Kelly was preceded in death by his mother, Leah Marie (Kelly) Galloway, his father- and mother-in-law, Maurice Edward Vance and Beatrice Elaine (Solberg) Vance, and a dear brother-in-law; Maury Vance, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services for Kelly will be held Saturday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in Kalispell, Montana.
