Doug Hartmann and Oyster Ridge Music Festival Chairperson Thomas Lively with the Swarovski HD STS 65 spotting scope Hartmann won in the ORMF raffle. Larry Wilson won the grand prize of the 2018 Wyoming Commissioner’s hunting license. Ticket sales from the raffle help ensure that the Oyster Ridge Music Festival remains free for everyone.
