Cory Jared Sequera, age 26, passed away on March 5, 2019, near Pinedale, Wyo., in an automobile accident.
He was born on April 22, 1992, in Jackson, Wyo., the son of Dale and Susie (Black) Sequera.
Cory loved spending time in the outdoors, working on mechanics, snow machining and four wheeling, and camping with friends and family members.
He especially loved to spend time with his family and his daughter, Lacey. Cory is survived by his daughter, Lacey Grace Sequera, of Jackson; a sister, Tara (Rob) Sawaya, of Kemmerer; his grandmother, Nancy Black of Kemmerer; and a grandmother, Wanda Thompson, of Ripon, Calif.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Wood, his parents, Dale and Susie Sequera, his grandfather, William L. Black, Sr.; and a great grandmother, Ruby Johnson.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the South Lincoln Cemetery in Kemmerer. Graveside services will be conducted for both Cory and his mother, Susie Black Sequera, at the same time. Inurnment will follow services at the South Lincoln Cemetery.
Covill Funeral Home in Pinedale has been entrusted with cremation for Cory.
