Bentley Johnson of Cokeville is recognized at the annual Super 25 Banquet on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at the Ramkota Hotel.
Cokeville senior Bentley Johnson has been selected to play in the annual Wyoming Shrine Bowl Football Game.
Johnson will play on the south team, which is coached by Big Piney’s Aaron Makelky.
To play in this game, Wyoming head coaches from each high school football team nominated players from their squad in their senior year. From the list of nominations, Shrine Bowl coaching staff collaborated to select the 36 players on each roster.
The last Cokeville football players to be invited to the Shrine Bowl were Antheny Petersen and Rick Nate in 2018. Cokeville High School has sent 46 players to the Shrine Bowl since the first contest in 1974.
The game will be played on Saturday, June 8, at the Dick Cheney Memorial Field in Casper.
