The Cokeville Panthers football team had their final home game of the regular season on Friday, Oct. 13, when they hosted the Cougars of Wind River. The Panthers came away with another big conference win defeating the Cougars 37-0. The Panthers held the Cougars to 71 total yards on offense. The Panthers carried the ball for 321 yards and had 79 yards in passing for a total of 400 yards. Rick Nate carried the ball for 80 yards, Antheny Petersen for 85 and Bentley Johnson for 94. Rick Nate led the Panthers in tackles with 10, followed by Brayden Johnson and Antheny Petersen with 8 tackles each. The Panthers will finish up their regular season on the road on Friday, Oct.20, as they travel to Shoshoni to face the Wranglers on their new field.
