Cokeville Community 4-H Club members attended the end-of-year awards ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 12. The Cokeville Community 4-H Club held its end of year awards ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 12.

President Kaycee Linford conducted. Alisen Petersen led the Pledge of Allegiance, and Devan Moody led the 4-H Pledge.

Senior highlights and reports were given by Sterling Murdock, Antheny Petersen, Kaycee Linford and Rick Nate.

Myles Dayton earned the “Junior Stockman in Training” award for his excellent skills in Junior Open Swine Showmanship.

Outstanding Junior Record Books were awarded to Madilyn Dayton, TyLeigh Dayton, Kalob Haderlie, Flint Linford and McCall Murdock.

Intermediate Outstanding Record Books were awarded to Kelli Haderlie, Sydney Nate, Michea Petersen and Micah Petersen.

Outstanding Senior Record Books were awarded to Devan Moody, Dylan Moody, Janessa Moody, Weston Murdock, Whytney Murdock, Rick Nate, Alisen Petersen and Antheny Petersen.

Super Senior Stories Recognition went to Sterling Murdock and Kaycee Linford.

Honors Club Inductees included Eli Linford, Janessa Moody, Weston Murdock, Whytney Murdock, Sydney Nate, Trey Nate, Tristan Nate and Antheny Petersen.

The Outstanding 4-H Member was awarded to Sterling Murdock. The Friend of 4-H award was presented to Doc Wilford. The Outstanding 4-H Leader went to Joe Mackey.

Belt buckles were presented to Whytney Murdock, Overall Champion Market Lamb; Harley Mackey, Overall Reserve Champion Market Lamb; and Antheny Petersen, Overall Reserve Champion Market Steer.

New officers were elected for the 2018 4-H Year.

The new officers are as follows: President Devan Moody, Vice President Alisen Petersen, Secretary Jordyn Nate, Treasurer Whytney Murdock, Reporter Michea Petersen and Calling Chairman Nate Barnes.
