Mrs. Warner and her fourth grade class celebrated Chinese New Year on Thursday, Feb. 2. The class enjoyed participating in a variety of activities, including tasting authentic Chinese foods. One of the favorite activities was the dragon parade through the halls of the elementary school inviting all to open their doors to bring good luck into their classrooms.

Chinese New Year celebration

Baptism celebration
Jack Tims, son of Mark and Deb Tims, was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Saturday, Feb. 4. Jack had family and friends there to celebrate his special day with him.
Saturday breakfast
Several ladies in the community met at the Gold Buckle Grill on Saturday, Feb. 4, for breakfast. They enjoyed delicious food prepared by Becky Fleming and fun conversation. They plan to make this a monthly get-together.
