Cokeville Elementary students have been participating in the annual Academic Bowl for the past few weeks.
Each class in grades 1-6 is usually represented on each team with teams consisting of 6 to 7 players.
This year’s teams were named after different events in the 2018 Winter Olympics. To kick off the bowl, each team created a team flag. Teams were placed into a bracket and have been competing for the past few weeks. The finals were held on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Team Ski Jump was crowned Academic Bowl Champions for 2018.
Team members included Jack Dayton, Brynlee Hansell, Jaydon Nate, Jack Hulme, Peni, Cinch Pope and Briquell Peck.
