Basketball teams suffer weekend losses against Pinedale, Farson-Eden

On Friday, Jan. 11, the Ranger boys’ basketball team traveled to take on the 3A Pinedale Wranglers. The Rangers fought hard but lost to Pinedale 86-39.

On Saturday, Jan. 12, Kemmerer hosted 1A Farson-Eden. The Rangers fell to the Pronghorns 65–42.

The losses brought the Rangers to 0–12 on the season.

The Ranger boys will travel to Wind River on Friday, Jan. 18, and then to Shoshoni on Saturday, Jan. 19.

Kemmerer will host Lyman on Tuesday, Jan. 22, with the boys’ J.V. game at 4:00 p.m. and the boys’ varsity game at 7:00 p.m.    

The Lady Rangers’ basketball team traveled to Pinedale to play the 3A Lady Wranglers on Friday, Jan. 11. Kemmerer fell 52–40. 

On Saturday, Jan. 12, the Lady Rangers hosted Farson-Eden and fell 56–43 to the 1A Lady Pronghorns.  The Lady Rangers now have a season record of 4–8.

This week the Kemmerer girls travel to Wind River on Friday, Jan. 18, and then to Shoshoni on Saturday, Jan. 19.

On Tuesday, Jan. 22, the Lady Rangers will host Lyman, with the J.V. girls’ game at 4 p.m. and the varsity girls’ game at 5:30 p.m.
