SEWER LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT PROJECT

TOWN OF LABARGE

NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Town of LaBarge has accepted as complete all work for the Sewer Lift Station Replacement Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Town of LaBarge R.S. Bennett Construction Co. Inc. of Marbleton, Wyoming and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.

Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice.  The date of first publication is September 12, 2019 and the date of final settlement will be after October 23, 2019 and when all punch list items are complete.

Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of LaBarge prior to the above published date of final settlement.

Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that Lincoln County School District No. 1 have accepted the work on the renovation of the Kemmerer High School Pool, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Contract and that Vaughn’s Plumbing is entitled to full or part of final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, after the first publication of this notice, (September 19, 2019), that Lincoln County School District No. 1, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out will pay to Vaughn’s Plumbing the full or part amount due under the Contract(s). All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to Vaughn’s Plumbing in accordance with the terms of the Contract(s). Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality

PUBLIC NOTICE:

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Pinnacle Energy Logistics, LLC to construct the LaBarge Terminal, with the installation of two (2) 500 bbl internal floating roof (IFR) tanks.  The LaBarge Terminal is located in the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 11, T26N, R113W, approximately two (2) miles west-southwest of LaBarge, in Lincoln County, Wyoming.  A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted.  Pinnacle Energy Logistics, LLC chose “option c” and proposes as alternate innovative Demonstrations to using internal floating roof tanks to reduce emissions of VOCs.  This commitment is going above and beyond what would typically be required or chosen for a facility of similar nature, and reduces potential VOC emissions by greater than eighty percent (80%).

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029720 and permit number P0026688 under permits.
