Notice is hereby given that the Contractor, Longhorn Construction, Inc., has completed the Kemmerer-Diamondville Joint Powers Board Emerald Street Waterline Replacement Project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Final Payment to the Contractor will be made by the Kemmerer-Diamondville Water & Wastewater Joint Powers Board 41 days after the first date of this advertisement.
Any claims against the project or Contractor for uncompleted work, unpaid materials, mechanic’s liens, labor, equipment, or sustenance must be received by the JPB no later than September 29, 2020 at 220 Wyo. PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or the Company) Application for authority to implement a 3-Year Demand Side Management (DSM) plan. The public hearing is set to commence on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
RMP is a public utility as defined in Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-112.
On March 26, 2020, RMP filed its Application seeking Commission authority to implement its 3-Year Plan for DSM plan and modify its Electric Service Schedule No. 191, including adjusting Category 1, 2 and 3 rates to .65 percent, 1.67 percent and 1.20 percent, respectively, with a January 1, 2021 effective date. On April 30, 2020, the Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers (WIEC) intervened and requested a hearing.
RMP states its DSM plan outlines energy savings targets and budget estimates informed by its 2019 Integrated Resource Plan. RMP’s DSM also contains a Residential (Category 1) and Non-Residential (Categories 2 and 3) program strategy and potential offerings in support of the 3-Year Plan energy savings targets. The Company states it will continually monitor kilowatt-hour savings and budgets and will add, remove, and/or modify offerings and initiatives in order to administer cost-effective programs and reasonably manage the program within the approved kWh savings and budget targets.

You are hereby notified that the South Lincoln Special Cemetery District has accepted as completed, according to plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Agreement between the Cemetery District and the aforementioned Contractor, the work in connection with the 2020 Kemmerer Cemetery Shop Addition, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement.
You are further notified that upon September 30, 2020 being the 41st day after the first publication of this Notice, the South Lincoln Special Cemetery District will pay to Stacy Maxfield Construction, Inc. the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event that your claim is not filed with said District prior to said September 30, 2020, the same shall be waived.

Kalynn Long, by and through her lawyer Robert W. Horn, P. C., pursuant to W. S. § 14-3-209 asks the Court to terminate the parent-child relationship of Brian Andrew Bell and BEB (born February 2016) and CRB (born March 2018). This Petition is based upon these circumstances.
1. This Petition seeks to terminate the parental-child relationship between Brian Andrew Bell and: CRB, born in 2018, in Afton, Lincoln County Wyoming; and, BEB, born in 2016 in Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. Jurisdiction to entertain the Petition to Terminate Parental Rights is appropriate in this Court because both CRB and BEB were born in Lincoln County and have resided in Lincoln County since their birth. The natural mother of CRB and BRB, Kalynn Long, is a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. The residence of Petitioner, Kalynn Long, who is the natural mother of CRB and BEB is:

5. Kalynn Long is the custodial parent of CRB and BEB pursuant to a Decree of Divorce entered June 17, 2019.
6. Brian Andrew Bell was born November 9, 1986 in Saltsburg, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
7. The grounds for termination of the parent-child relationship between Brian Andrew Bell and CRB and BEB is W. S. §14-2-309(a)(i).
(i) The child has been left in the care of another person without provision for the child's support and without communication from the absent parent for a period of at least one (1) year. In making the above determination, the court may disregard occasional contributions, or incidental contacts and communications. For purposes of this paragraph, a court order of custody shall not preclude a finding that a child has been left in the care of another person; Wyo. Stat. 14-2-309 Grounds for termination of parent-child relationship; clear and convincing evidence.
