You are hereby notified that the Last Will and Testament of Todd W. Wilson dated February 22, 2011, was filed with the above-named court.  Any action to set aside the Will shall be filed in the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice if further given that all persons indebted to Todd W. Wilson or to Todd W. Wilson’s estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned in care of Geittmann Larson Swift LLP, P.O. Box 1226, Jackson, Wyoming 83001.

NOTICE OF ELECTION

COKEVILLE WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

To all owners of land lying within the boundaries of the Cokeville Watershed Improvement District, State of Wyoming, notice is hereby given that on the 3rdh day of November 2020, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., an election will be held for two (2) directors of the said District, for a term of four (4) years (expires in 2024).      Any eligible landowner who is interested in running for director may pick up an application for election from the Lincoln Conservation District Office, Cokeville Town Hall, Room 1.

All persons, firms and corporations who hold title to any lands lying within the Cokeville Watershed Improvement District are eligible to vote.
