NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND
FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and S & L Industrial, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B199006 in Albany, Carbon, Laramie, Sweetwater, Sublette, Lincoln and Uinta Counties, consisting of installing signs and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on May 18, 2021.
The date of the first publication of this Notice is April 14, 2021.

Martin and Lonny Martin, the sole heirs and distributees of Dixie Ann Martin, aka Dixie a Crichton, deceased, as of the 20th day of October, 2020; such application pertaining to the Deceased’s interest in the following described real property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming: A parcel of land located in Section 31, T31N. R118W. 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning South 1763.54 feet from the North Quarter Corner of said Section 31, and running thence N.90°0’ E. 311 feet; thence S. 0°0’ E. 210.09 feet; thence S. 90°0’ W. 311 feet; thence N. 0°0’ E. 210.09 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining. The Petition prays that the District Court of the Third Judicial District, Lincoln County, Wyoming, decree title to said property to the above named heirs and distributees of the deceased. Notice is further given that the rightful heirs of Dixie Ann Martin, aka Dixie a Crichton, have filed this application pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205 and have claimed, in said application, and do claim now, that all of the requirements of said statute, together with the requirements of W.S. 2-1-201(a)(i) have been properly met and asserted and that no other person may, by right, claim any interest in real or personal property of the Decedent. Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of LaBarge will be conduction a public hearing at the La Barge Town Hall at 6:30 P.M on April 21st. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the LaBarge Intake Pump House Project.
At the meeting, Todd Hurd with Forsgren and Associates will present the proposed project and will discuss the estimated cost of the improvements and the plan for funding the improvements. Based on current estimates the Town of LaBarge plans to barrow $60,060.00 from the Wyoming Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund administered by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Exxon Mobil Corporation to modify the Shute Creek Treating Facility with the addition of two (2) new evaporation ponds. The Shute Creek Treating Facility is located in the SW¼ of Section 14, T22N, R112W, approximately fourteen (14) miles northeast of Opal, in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000327 and permit number P0030955 under permits.
