You are hereby notified that the Petition for Letters of Administration was filed with the above-named court for purposes of having Weldon C. Larson and Sarah 1. Devine appointed as the Administrators of the estate of Jeffery Alan Larson, deceased. Any action to contest the appointment of Weldon C. Larson and Sarah 1. Devine as Administrators in the above captioned action must be filed with the above captioned court within fifteen (15) days from the filing of the Petition, or Weldon C. Larson and Sarah 1. Devine shall be appointed as the administrators in accordance with WS § 2-4-209, as amended.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to Jeffery Alan Larson or to his estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned in care of Geittrnann Larson Swift LLP, PO Box 1226, Jackson, Wyoming 83001.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated July 23, 2015, executed and delivered by Stacey M. Bishop and Charles I. WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of LaBarge will be conduction a public hearing at the La Barge Town Hall at 6:30 P.M on April 21st. The Purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the LaBarge Intake Pump House Project.
At the meeting, Todd Hurd with Forsgren and Associates will present the proposed project and will discuss the estimated cost of the improvements and the plan for funding the improvements. Based on current estimates the Town of LaBarge plans to barrow $60,060.00 from the Wyoming Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund administered by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments.
