PUBLIC NOTICE: 

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by PacifiCorp to modify Air Quality Permit P0021110 (Corrected 2) for the Naughton Unit 3 gas conversion. PacifiCorp requested that the Division revise the date for the start of natural gas firing for Unit 3 to align with the requirements of the Wyoming Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP).

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000647 and permit number P0025720 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Lincoln County Library, Kemmerer, Wyoming.  Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding the complaint filing by Boswell Wind Project I, LLC, Boswell Wind Project II, LLC, Boswell Wind Project III, LLC and Boswell Wind Project IV, LLC (collectively referred to as the Boswell Wind Companies or the Complainant) against Rocky Mountain Power (RMP of the Company). The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

RMP is a public utility as defined in Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-112.

On October 15, 2018, Boswell filed a formal complaint against RMP regarding inconsistencies with the interconnection dates set forth in the Complainant’s Qualifying Facility Large Generator Interconnection Agreements (QFLGIAs) and the commercial online dates found in the Complainant’s power purchase agreements (PPAs).

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing which will be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission Rules and Special Regulations. Interested persons may appear and be heard, either in person or through counsel, as provided by Commission Rule.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated June 7, 2016, executed and delivered by Christopher Corff, a single man (“Mortgagor”) to U.S. Bank National Association, and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to said Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on June 16, 2016, at Reception No. 987145, in Book 875, at Page 567 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage as of February 18, 2019 being the total sum of $147,132.56, plus interest, costs expended, late charges, and attorneys’ fees accruing thereafter through the date of sale;

WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;

WHEREAS, if the foreclosure sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of his/her/its money paid.  The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagee, Mortgagor, Servicer or their attorneys;

Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.

Mortgagee shall have the exclusive right to rescind the foreclosure sale during the redemption period.  In the event that the sale is rescinded or vacated for any reason, the successful purchaser shall only be entitled to a refund of their purchase price and/or statutory interest rate.
