NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF A RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of January, 2022, Bootlegger’s LLC, filed an application for issuance of a restaurant liquor license, in the office of the City Clerk, City of Kemmerer for the following described place:
817 S Main Street
and protests, if any there be, against the issuance of the license will be heard at the hour of 7 p.m. on Monday the 14th day of February, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 220 Wyoming Highway 233, Kemmerer, Wyoming.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of December 2021, an Application was filed for a Decree of Summary Distribution of Property, by the Petitioner and Distributee, Elias Olguin, in regards to the estate of the above named decedent.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned c/o EDWARDS LAW OFFICE, P.C., PO Box 5345, Etna, Wyoming 83118-5345.
An objection to the application shall be filed before the expiration of the later of twenty (20) days after the mailing of this notice to the distributees, guardians of minor distributees, or creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate, or thirty (30) days after the date of first publication. If no timely objection is filed, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming.
