PUBLIC NOTICE

The Cokeville Cemetery District is advertising for an engineering firm that can help design and oversee the construction of new and existing roadways with in the Cokeville Cemetery.  It will act as an advisor to the Cemetery Board and to ensure that they have our best interest at heart when dealing with contractors.  The total construction will be done according to what was agreed on and without spending excess monies unless it is absolutely necessary.

The new roads will be designed to be constructed as new by cutting off top soil and building a road base with road base and sub base gravel compacted to accept asphalt paving.

The existing roadways will be looked at and decided on what to do with them and how to improve them for more asphalt and to make them a better roadway.

The watering system that will be close to where the road is will be the responsibility of marking it by the engineers and making sure that the contractor does not hit the lines and if this happens it will be the responsibility of the contractor to bar expense to the repairs.
