NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th day of November, 2021, Brandi L. Bell, as Successor Trustee of the Don Himmerich Trust dated January 30, 1992 (the “Trust”), filed her Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in the Trust of all the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of Lot 1, 2, and 3 of Block 2 of the C.R. Roberts & Sons addition being those parts remaining after the placement of the Huett addition to the Town of Cokeville.
If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the Trust will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in it the right and title to the aforementioned property located in Wyoming.

The Kemmerer City Council met in regular session this 8th day of November, 2021, at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present on roll call were Mayor William Thek, Councilman Robert Bowen, Councilman Dale Hicks, Councilman Bill Price, Councilman Mark Quinn, Councilman Eric Rudy and Councilwoman Jamie Thornock.
Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to approve the agenda as amended to add item (c) to the consent agenda, Accept the Resignation of Dale Hicks from the Kemmerer Recreation Advisory Board; seconded by Councilman Hicks and unanimously approved by Council.
VISITOR’S COMMENTS AND PETITIONS:
John Povsche made comments to the council.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion was made by Councilman Hicks to approve the items on the consent agenda as amended; seconded by Councilwoman Thornock and unanimously approved by Council. Those items were:

NEW BUSINESS:
(a) Motion was made by Councilman Quinn to authorize staff to create a Grade 10, Public Works Lead position; seconded by Councilman Rudy. The mayor than called for the questions. Those voting in favor were Councilman Quinn, Councilwoman Thornock and Councilman Rudy. Those opposed were Councilman Bowen, Councilman Hicks and Councilman Price. Mayor Thek broke the tie vote with a “Yea.” Motion carried.
COMMENTS:
Brian Muir, City Administrator, made comments. Councilwoman Thornock, Councilman Price, Councilman Bowen, and Councilman Hicks made comments. Mayor Thek made comments.
There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Bowen made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Councilman Hicks and unanimously approved by Council; 7:54 p.m.
