Default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) dated December 1, 2006, executed and delivered by Tyler Jones who acquired title as Tyler F. Jones and Ellie Jones who acquired title as Ellie Lee Jones (“Mortgagor”) to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, its successors and assigns, as security for the Note of the same date. The Mortgage was recorded on December 5, 2006, as Reception No. 925039 in Book 642 at Page 198 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming.

CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

August 8, 2022

The Kemmerer City Council met in regular session this 8th day of August, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present on roll call were Mayor William Thek, Councilmember Robert Bowen, Councilmember Bill Price, Councilmember Mark Quinn, and Councilmember Jamie Thornock.  Councilmember Dale Hicks and Councilmember Eric Rudy were absent.

Motion was made by Councilmember Price to excuse the absence of Councilmember Hicks and Councilmember Rudy; seconded by Councilmember Thornock and unanimously approved by Council present.

Motion was made by Councilmember Bowen to approve the agenda as presented; seconded by Councilmember Quinn and unanimously approved by Council present.

VISITOR’S COMMENTS:

Richard and Mary Failoni made comments to the Council regarding deer within City limits.
