Public Hearing of the Lincoln County Planning and Zoning Commission will be tentatively held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the video conference between the following two locations: Lincoln County Courthouse, Commissioner Boardroom, 925 Sage Avenue 3rd Floor, Kemmerer, WY; and Afton Planning & Engineering Office, Conference Room, 61 E. 5th Avenue, Afton, WY, to take public comments regarding the following: Plan Amendment Proposal to the Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan, File No. 601 PZ 21. Proposed Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan includes replacing Appendix 3 Lincoln County, Wyoming Public Lands Policy and adopt as its replacement the Lincoln County Natural Resource Management Plan (NRMP) Dated January 19, 2021. In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Enterprise Jonah Gas Gathering Company LLC to permit blowdowns, venting and portable flaring during construction and/or maintenance events at pipelines located within Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Hot Springs, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sheridan, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton, Uinta, Washakie, and Weston Counties, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030183 and permit number P0029966 under permits. NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND
FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Wilson Brothers, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number DR34696 & DR34795 in Lincoln County, consisting of landslide mitigation, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on April 14,2021.
